These terms apply to Gig Driver Tax Packet, an iOS app published by Harsh Patel.
By installing or using Gig Driver Tax Packet, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement applies.
Gig Driver Tax Packet is a manual mileage and receipt packet tool for delivery and rideshare drivers. It helps you record work drives, attach selected receipt photos, group weekly packet records, schedule local reminders, and export a quarterly PDF packet for your own review or for a professional you choose.
Gig Driver Tax Packet is not tax, legal, accounting, insurance, loan, benefits, banking, or financial advice. It does not automatically track routes with background GPS, file taxes, calculate tax outcomes, guarantee deductions, replace a CPA or qualified professional, connect to delivery platforms, or verify your income or expenses. You are responsible for checking records and making tax decisions with a qualified professional.
You own the drive logs, receipt photos, reminders, PDFs, and exports you create in the app. The app stores this content locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it through iOS. You are responsible for deciding who should receive a shared PDF or export.
Gig Driver Tax Packet includes a free starter experience with one active weekly packet, manual mileage logs, limited receipt photos, and in-app weekly totals. Pro access unlocks unlimited packets and quarterly PDF export. Exact feature limits are shown in the app and may change in future versions.
Use Gig Driver Tax Packet for lawful personal recordkeeping. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, extract source code, misrepresent the app as a tax filing or professional advice service, or use exported PDFs to deceive another person.
The app is provided as available. Features, limits, prices, and supported operating systems may change over time. We may fix bugs, improve features, or remove features when needed to keep the app functional and review-compliant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gig Driver Tax Packet and its operator are not liable for missed tax deadlines, incorrect mileage or receipt records, deduction decisions, audit outcomes, loss of data, indirect damages, or decisions made from manual records. Always verify important tax and business records with a qualified professional.
If these terms materially change, the “Last updated” date will change. If an app update materially changes the terms, the app may ask you to review the updated terms.
