This policy applies to Macro Meal Prep Planner, an iOS app published by Harsh Patel.

Summary

Macro Meal Prep Planner is a local-first meal-prep planning app. It turns calorie, protein, serving, meal-count, prep-day, and cook-day targets into a cookable prep sheet on your iPhone. It does not create an account, run a food diary, scan barcodes, connect to HealthKit, sell data, or operate cloud sync for your meal-prep content.

What stays on this device

Macro targets, prep defaults, generated prep sheets, recipe portions, grocery lists, cook order, grocery and cook checkmarks, saved template names, reminder settings, PDF files while they are being created, JSON exports while they are being created, and app preferences are stored on your device. If you delete the app, iOS removes the app’s local data from that device.

What we do not collect

• We do not receive your calorie targets, protein targets, prep days, servings, meals per day, cook days, recipe names, ingredient names, ingredient weights, grocery list contents, cook instructions, template names, PDF contents, export contents, notification text, Apple ID, payment card details, contacts, photos, location, HealthKit data, or account credentials.
• We do not run a food log, calorie history, weigh-in tracker, body-measurement tracker, barcode scanner, camera meal scanner, public sharing feed, or social profile.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade data.

Sharing and exports

When you tap Share or Export, iOS may send the PDF prep sheet or local JSON export to the destination you choose, such as Messages, Mail, Files, or another app. Macro Meal Prep Planner does not create public links, host your files, or record who you shared with.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, Macro Meal Prep Planner schedules local cook-day reminders on your device. Reminder details are handled by iOS notification services and are not sent to a server operated by Macro Meal Prep Planner. The app does not send daily, promotional, streak, lapse, or paywall notifications.

Analytics and diagnostics

Macro Meal Prep Planner may send anonymous product analytics and diagnostics to understand whether the app is working. Analytics may include event names, screen names, feature gates, subscription status buckets, app version, device type, operating system version, and the app_slug value macro-meal-prep-planner.

Analytics do not include calorie targets, protein targets, prep days, servings, meals per day, cook days, recipe names, ingredient names, ingredient weights, grocery list contents, cook instructions, template names, PDF contents, export contents, notification text, recipients, Apple ID, HealthKit data, or payment card details.

Third-party services

• Apple In-App Purchase handles payment and subscription management. Macro Meal Prep Planner does not receive or store payment card details.

Children

Macro Meal Prep Planner is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Delete prep sheets, templates, grocery checkmarks, cook checkmarks, reminders, PDFs, and exports from inside the app or from the destination where you saved them.
• Delete the app to remove the app’s local data from that device.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Email the contact below with privacy questions or data-deletion requests related to analytics.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, the “Last updated” date will change. If an app update materially changes data practices, the app may ask you to review the updated policy.
