Macro Meal Prep Planner Terms of Use

These terms apply to Macro Meal Prep Planner, an iOS app published by Harsh Patel.

Acceptance

By installing or using Macro Meal Prep Planner, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement applies.

What the app is

Macro Meal Prep Planner is a meal-prep planning tool. It helps you turn calorie, protein, serving, meal-count, prep-day, and cook-day targets into an estimated prep sheet with day meal blocks, recipe portions, grocery weights, cook order, saved templates, ingredient scaling, and PDF export.

What the app is not

Macro Meal Prep Planner does not provide medical advice, nutrition diagnosis, fat-loss treatment, muscle-gain guarantees, exact nutrition results, crisis or health monitoring, food logging, calorie tracking history, weigh-in tracking, barcode scanning, HealthKit integration, or professional nutrition services. Estimated calories and protein are based on your entered targets and built-in recipe data. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, nutrition needs, and food safety with qualified professionals when needed.

Your content

You own the macro targets, prep sheets, grocery lists, cook steps, templates, PDFs, and exports you create in the app. The app stores this content locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it through iOS. You are responsible for deciding who should receive a shared PDF or export.

Free and Pro access

Macro Meal Prep Planner includes one complete prep week for free. Pro access unlocks repeated macro weeks, saved prep templates, ingredient scaling, and PDF prep and grocery sheets. Exact feature limits are shown in the app and may change in future versions.

Subscriptions

• Macro Meal Prep Planner offers optional monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions. Exact prices appear in the app purchase sheet and Apple’s confirmation dialog before purchase.
• A 7-day free trial may be offered. After the trial, the subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Renewal is charged by Apple within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Refund requests are handled by Apple at https://reportaproblem.apple.com. Macro Meal Prep Planner does not receive or store payment card details.

Acceptable use

Use Macro Meal Prep Planner for lawful personal planning. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, extract source code, misrepresent the app as medical or nutrition advice, or use exported PDFs to deceive another person.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as available. Features, limits, prices, and supported operating systems may change over time. We may fix bugs, improve features, or remove features when needed to keep the app functional and review-compliant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Macro Meal Prep Planner and its operator are not liable for food choices, nutrition decisions, allergy exposure, grocery purchases, meal-prep outcomes, loss of data, indirect damages, or decisions made from estimated planning data. Always verify important nutrition, allergy, and medical decisions with a qualified professional.

Changes to these terms

If these terms materially change, the “Last updated” date will change. If an app update materially changes the terms, the app may ask you to review the updated terms.
