Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-01
This policy applies to all apps published by Harsh Patel on the iOS App Store. Each app’s in-app Settings → Privacy screen contains a version of this same text customized to that specific app’s data practices.
Summary
These apps keep your data on your device. There are no user accounts, we don’t ask for your name, and we don’t sell your data to anyone. This page explains the few exceptions in detail so you can make an informed choice before tapping Begin in the app.
What we store on your device
- Your journal entries, focus sessions, streak counts, preferences, and any other data you enter — stored locally via Apple’s SwiftData framework.
- If you’ve enabled iCloud on your device, this data syncs across your devices via Apple’s CloudKit (Apple’s privacy policy applies; we never see the contents).
- A randomly generated anonymous device identifier (UUID) used to keep analytics separate per device. This ID isn’t tied to your name, email, or Apple ID.
What we don’t collect
- We don’t ask for or receive your email, name, phone number, or Apple ID.
- We don’t read your journal entries, sessions, or any user-entered content.
- We don’t track your location.
- We don’t access your contacts, photos, calendars, or other apps’ data.
- We don’t sell, rent, or trade any data with anyone.
Third-party services
To run subscription billing and improve product quality, the apps may use the following services. Each receives only the minimum data needed for its function.
- Apple In-App Purchase + RevenueCat: handles subscription state. RevenueCat receives the anonymous device ID and Apple’s signed receipt for your purchase. RevenueCat’s privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy
- Superwall: serves the paywall and runs price experiments. Receives the anonymous device ID and which placement was shown. Privacy policy: https://superwall.com/privacy
- PostHog: anonymous product analytics — which screens are visited, which buttons are tapped, when sessions start and end. Receives the anonymous device ID and event names. We never send the contents of your entries. Privacy policy: https://posthog.com/privacy
- Apple’s Notification Center: schedules local reminders you opt in to. Notifications never leave your device — there is no push server.
Not every app uses every service above. The in-app Privacy screen of each specific app lists exactly which services that app uses.
Children
These apps are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used one of the apps, contact us at the email below and we’ll help.
Your rights
- Delete the app to remove all locally stored data on that device.
- If you’ve enabled iCloud sync, the data follows Apple’s iCloud lifecycle — you can manage it in Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage.
- Subscriptions are managed in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your iPhone or iPad.
- To request deletion of analytics data tied to your anonymous device ID, email us with the date you installed the app — we can purge events from that timeframe.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect or who we share it with, we’ll bump the consent version so users are asked to acknowledge the new terms on next launch. The “Last updated” date above will change.
