Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-01

These terms apply to all apps published by Harsh Patel on the iOS App Store. Each app’s in-app Settings → Terms screen contains a version of this same text customized to that specific app’s pricing.

Acceptance

By installing and using one of these apps, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Your license

Harsh Patel grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the apps for personal, non-commercial use on Apple devices you own or control. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, redistribute, or remove proprietary notices from the apps.

Subscriptions

Some apps offer optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Specific prices and trial periods vary by app and are shown in-app and in the App Store listing.

Your content

Anything you write inside an app — entries, sessions, notes — belongs to you. We don’t claim any ownership and we don’t transmit your content off your device unless you’ve enabled iCloud sync (in which case Apple handles the storage under their privacy policy). We do not read, train models on, or share your content.

Acceptable use

Disclaimer

The apps are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation, that the apps are free of bugs, or that they will achieve any specific outcome. The apps are not a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, financial, or legal advice. If you need professional help, please consult a qualified professional.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Harsh Patel’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the apps is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant app or subscription in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Termination

You may stop using an app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms; we’ll generally notify you first when practical.

Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we’ll bump the consent version so users are asked to acknowledge the new terms on next launch. The “Last updated” date above will change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
