What stays on this device

Bill names, due dates, amounts, owner labels, reminder choices, paid status, notes, generated PDF file locations, local export settings, and app preferences are stored on your device. If you delete the app, iOS removes the app’s local data from that device.

What we do not collect

• We do not receive your bill names, amounts, due dates, owners, notes, PDF contents, export contents, notification text, Apple ID, payment card details, contacts, photos, location, bank credentials, or account numbers.
• We do not link to banks, card issuers, billers, email accounts, calendars, or credit bureaus.
• We do not sell, rent, or trade data.

Sharing and exports

When you tap Share or Export, iOS may send the PDF or local export to the destination you choose, such as Messages, Mail, Files, or another app. Family Bill Organizer does not create public links, host your files, or record who you shared with.

Reminders

If you allow notifications, Family Bill Organizer schedules local reminders on your device. Reminder details are handled by iOS notification services and are not sent to a server operated by Family Bill Organizer.

Analytics and diagnostics

Family Bill Organizer may send anonymous product analytics and diagnostics to understand whether the app is working. Analytics may include event names, screen names, feature gates, subscription status buckets, app version, device type, operating system version, and the app_slug value family-bill-binder.

Analytics do not include bill names, exact bill amounts, due dates, owner names, notes, PDF contents, export contents, notification text, recipients, Apple ID, bank details, or payment card details.

Third-party services

• Apple In-App Purchase handles payment and subscription management. Family Bill Organizer does not receive or store payment card details.

Children

Family Bill Organizer is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your choices

• Delete bills, owners, notes, reminders, and exported files from inside the app or from the destination where you saved them.
• Delete the app to remove the app’s local data from that device.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings -> Apple ID -> Subscriptions.
• Email the contact below with privacy questions or data-deletion requests related to analytics.

Changes

If this policy materially changes, the “Last updated” date will change. If an app update materially changes data practices, the app may ask you to review the updated policy.
