Family Bill Organizer Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-20

These terms apply to Family Bill Organizer, an iOS app published by Harsh Patel.

Acceptance

By installing or using Family Bill Organizer, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. These terms supplement Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement where that agreement applies.

What the app is

Family Bill Organizer is a manual household bill record and family handoff tool. It helps you write down bill details, local reminder timing, paid status, owner labels, notes, and a binder PDF for people you choose to share with.

What the app is not

Family Bill Organizer does not pay bills, move money, link financial accounts, verify balances, scan email, contact billers, provide budgeting advice, provide credit advice, provide tax advice, or guarantee that a bill is accurate, due, paid, or unpaid. You are responsible for checking important bill information with the biller and making payments on time.

Your content

You own the bill details, notes, reminders, PDFs, and exports you create in the app. The app stores this content locally on your device unless you choose to share or export it through iOS. You are responsible for deciding who should receive a shared PDF or export.

Free and Pro access

Family Bill Organizer includes a free starter experience with limited bill, owner, reminder, paid-history, and PDF handoff features. Pro access unlocks expanded household bill operations, including unlimited bills, multiple owners, custom reminders, paid-history archive, and repeat monthly PDF handoffs. Exact feature limits are shown in the app and may change in future versions.

Subscriptions

Acceptable use

Use Family Bill Organizer for lawful personal or household recordkeeping. Do not attempt to disrupt the app, extract source code, misrepresent the app as a payment or banking service, or use exported PDFs to deceive another person.

Availability and changes

The app is provided as available. Features, limits, prices, and supported operating systems may change over time. We may fix bugs, improve features, or remove features when needed to keep the app functional and review-compliant.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Family Bill Organizer and its operator are not liable for missed payments, late fees, overdrafts, incorrect records, family disputes, loss of data, indirect damages, or decisions made from manual records. Always verify important bill information with the biller.

Changes to these terms

If these terms materially change, the “Last updated” date will change. If an app update materially changes the terms, the app may ask you to review the updated terms.
